In the event of bad weather, the Organising Committee of the Yellow Ribbon Prison Run 2012 retain the right to delay or cancel the event. The Organising Committee is also monitoring the haze situation closely. Should the PSI value reach an unhealthy level of more than 200 on race day, the Organising Committee is prepared to cancel the event in view of the health and safety of runners.
Every runner is responsible for his/her involvement in the race. If rain occurs after flag-off, runners are advised to seek shelter along the run route. The Organising Committee will not be liable for injuries, mishaps, sickness, death or loss/damage to personal property that may occur during the race.
In the event that the run is cancelled, runners are encouraged to board free shuttle buses at Changi Village Bus Interchange to the carnival site, where runners will be able to collect their baggage and goodie items. We have also prepared many interesting activates to keep the runners entertained at the carnival site!
Dear Runners, we regret to inform you that the race pack collection is now officially closed. We thank you for your support.
The baggage deposit service will be available from 6.00am to 8.30am.
Participants wanting to deposit their belongings are encouraged to utilize the Yellow Ribbon drawstring bag given at the race-pack collection. This bag will be tied and tagged with a unique identification number which will be used for collection of your belongings after the run.
Participants can collect their deposited items at the end point before 12pm.
Please do not store any valuable items. Your baggage is deposited at your own risk. The organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
