SBS bus services running along Upper Changi Road North will not be available from 6.00 am to 11.30 am. However, there will be two loop ferry bus services provided by the Organizing Committee, running along Upper Changi Road North, Old Tampines Road, New Loyang Link, Loyang Avenue and back to Upper Changi Road North. The loop ferry bus services serve to ferry residents along Upper Changi Road North who are affected by the non-availability of SBS bus services from 6.00 am to 11.30 am. They will be ferried to bus stops along Loyang Avenue where regular SBS bus services are available.
